Banded Drake Ranch is the realization of our lifelong dream. We came together in Texas, where we found this to be an untapped and underrated area for quality duck hunting. Over time, our shared passion only grew stronger, and we knew we had to introduce others to the remarkable hunting of North Texas.
Banded Drake Ranch came to life from our collective desire to create a genuine hunter's paradise – a private hunting club that would welcome like-minded individuals seeking the exhilaration of duck hunting amidst the perfect habitat North Texas offers. We envisioned a place where members could escape the pressures of everyday life and fully immerse themselves in world class habitat. Today, we are proud to say that our dream has become a reality. Today we are made up of professional athletes, successful business owners and waterfowl industry celebrities. We are an exclusive club where high-profile members can expect privacy and a relaxed environment.

The Mission
Our mission is to create an exclusive club for individuals who share a profound love for duck hunting, conservation, and forging genuine relationships with like-minded partners and friends. We believe in preserving and cherishing the heritage of this sport while embracing responsible hunting practices and conservation efforts to safeguard the future of this legacy property. With a commitment to providing an exceptional and unparalleled experience, we ensure that every aspect of Banded Drake Ranch is tailored to the needs and desires of our members, fostering a legacy that future generations can cherish.
The Vision
Our vision is to create a unique and welcoming duck hunting club experience. We aim to offer ownership opportunities for a select group of seasoned investors/hunters, making the club more exclusive. Our focus is on continuing to improve and develop our existing footprint but also continue to add additional acreage to our real estate portfolio. Our goal is to get to 1000 acres under management so that we can eventually get to a point where our members have a place to hunt 7 days a week without adding unwanted pressure. We achieve this by continuing to acquire additional land within a 30-mile proximity to the ranch. The ranch will host off season events to help eliminate annual dues and help cover the cost of adding additional acreage. Combining all this with comfortable accommodations and thoughtful amenities, we strive to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for all our members and their guests to be enjoyed today and for future generations.

The Land
Today we have 550 acres of pristine land in North Texas awaiting your adventurous spirit. oOf this 550 acres, around 375 acres are huntable waterfowl habitat. This remarkable property boasts a diverse and rich habitat, including natural marshes, flooded timber, moist soil habitat, flooded ag, and all-natural duck foods, meticulously curated to attract an abundance of waterfowl. With unwavering dedication and passion, we have worked tirelessly to craft an idyllic haven for duck hunting enthusiasts. We are constantly working to create new habitat or working to continuously improve the existing established habitat. We leave no stone unturned.
The Experience
Our duck hunting retreat boasts two luxurious lodges with top-notch amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, rooftop bar, indoor-outdoor cantina, game room, and a 4-hole short course nearing completion. Each lodge offers opulent accommodations and a serene atmosphere, providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind after a day of hunting. The rooftop bar provides breathtaking sunsets and amazing views of the surrounding marsh, while the indoor-outdoor cantina allows for delightful dining experiences. Inside, the game room promises endless entertainment and camaraderie. There is always something to keep you occupied and enjoying your time at BDR.
The Hunt
At Banded Drake Ranch, we've got you covered for a successful hunt. We have over 25 pit blinds or stand up blinds spread across the properties to ensure that no matter what mother nature throws at you, we have you covered. After a triumphant hunt, take advantage of our premier cleaning room to process your game with ease. We've taken care of every detail to make your hunting experience unforgettable no matter if you are hunting ducks, deer, hogs, turkey, dove, chuker, or pheasant.
